It’s a new year and I have decided to refresh my blog template! I realised that I blogged less frequently in 2010 than in 2009. I think one big reason is that I started using Twitter and it’s so much faster and easier to do short updates this way… oh well, one of my resolutions in 2011 is to blog at least once a week! Hope I can keep it up!

Since today’s the first day of the new year, I shall recap the highlights of 2010! Enjoy!

JANUARY
A fresh new year means a spring cleaning time and I FINALLY cleared my work desk! Perhaps it was in preparation for some new developments in area of my career?

Started the year falling sick too, perhaps overworked in Dec for year end catalogues and other urgent campaigns?

Also announcement that our church got our land, but location was kept under wraps!

Oh yes, went for David Tao concert! Tickets were free! Heh!

FEBRUARY

Awesome Chinese New Year and I feel that my families are bonding more which makes me so happy! Lots of fun fren gatherings too!

Oh man, my chin looked so sharp! The power of photography!

Career-wise, went for interviews on the sly! =D

We also bought our first car!

MARCH

Announcement was finally made – SUNTEC CITY!!

And N416 became N416 AND E514!

March was a month of some firsts!

First Marcom KTV (so far, dun hv a second one yet!)

First time tendering! Yup! Time for a change!

APRIL

A month of farewells to my Maybank colleagues! I miss them all so much, even now! Thankfully we still work near to one another!

New bank, new nails?

First few months in new job, with new role, in new environment, having new colleagues and those times were tough, tough, tough! But I’m glad I made it through with God’s grace!

MAY

Basically a month of transiting to new job, with lots of new experiences – having monthly meetings with Country Head, planning roadshows, doing product trainings… even got involved in a photo shoot for a sports award the bank won..

Asia Conference! And the saga that erupted after that! But our church is still going on strong!

JUNE

First time solely in charge of a major customer event! 2 months into my job!

JULY

Birthday Month! Spent the day at Universal Studios!

My colleagues so kindly celebrated my bday too! =)

Some big events happened:

1. World Cup Fever to the max!

2. My sister is expecting!

AUGUST

Uncle Tiong Eng passed away….

Still God is good!

Went for NDP Preview at the Padang!

SEPTEMBER

Annual Adults’ Retreat at Batam this year!

Supported Daddy at his association dinner at Marina Bay Sands!

Pastor Fandy & Lydia in Singapore!

POSB 8.5km Run!

First time going around to give out mooncakes!

OCTOBER

Only holiday trip this year but I think it’s the best overseas trip so far!

Had so much time eating, shopping, visiting attractions and most importantly, meeting up with frens!

And also a very fun Shanghai Tang Nite!

NOVEMBER

Went JB with Joe’s cg and did go-karting and paint-balling! Fun!

My CG had a lot of fun times this month too – with Lilian’s birthday celebration at Nando’s and Steamboat CG!

Awesome time at Uncle Tiong Guan’s place!

DECEMBER

Busy busy month that just flew by! Since it’s only Jan, I will attempt to blog some Dec entries!

All in all, it was an awesome year and I know 2011 will be an even greater year as I continue to put my faith in God and walk close with Him! Have a very happy 1.1.11! =D
